Corrections Policy

Last updated September 30, 2026

We aim to be accurate, but mistakes happen. When they do, we correct them openly.

  • Factual errors (wrong figure, date or rule) are corrected as soon as they are confirmed, and the article’s “Updated” date changes.
  • Significant corrections get a short note at the end of the article explaining what changed.
  • Yearly figures such as contribution limits and benefit amounts are reviewed every January.
