World Neutrality Day History
This day was first started by the General Assembly of the United Nations on 2 February 2017.
But formally recognition was given by Turkmenistan on 12 December 1995 and since then this day is celebrated every year on 12 December.
Neutrality, as a lasting principle, is an evidence of weakness.
