Trump Demands Supreme Court Intervention Guilty on 34 Counts :- Donald Trump has called for the Supreme Court to intervene after being found guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records related to a hush money payment to Stormy Daniels. His sentencing is set for July 11, just before the Republican National Convention, where he is expected to be nominated as the presidential candidate.

Trump claims the case is politically motivated and has criticized the Democratic-appointed judge overseeing it. He is urging the Supreme Court to step in, highlighting its conservative majority.

The charge, a Class E felony in New York, could result in up to four years in prison, though experts believe imprisonment is unlikely. Trump has expressed a willingness to accept house arrest or imprisonment, noting the toll on his family, particularly his wife Melania.

Trump also faces charges in three other cases, with the 2020 election interference case awaiting a Supreme Court decision on his claim of presidential immunity.
